Big Hit Music has officially announced that members of the global boy group, BTS, will be enlisting in the military sequentially, starting with their oldest member, Jin. Allkpop launched on Monday October 17, 2022, according to Big Hit Music's statement, Jin has sent a letter canceling the renewal of his enlistment and will follow the Military Manpower Administration's registration procedure.
The other BTS members will also carry out military service sequentially according to the planned schedule. However, the enforcement regulations of the Military Service Act do not include 'popular culture' as a specialty in the arts and sports,
