Recently, in an interview, Nam Yoon Su threw back his memories of his character in Today's Webtoon. The drama which is a remake of the popular 2016 Japanese series “Sleepeeer Hit!” This is a drama in the webtoon industry where Kim Sejeong plays On Ma Eum, a former judo athlete who joins the webtoon editorial department as a new employee, and Nam Yoon Su plays Goo Joon Young, who joins the webtoon editorial department with On Ma Eum.

In an interview with Maeil Kyungje, Nam Yoon Su shared, “I feel like tomorrow, I should put on my backpack and go to work to Neon Webtoon's editorial department. No matter how busy I was with filming, it was a project that really lasted a long time, so on the other hand, I felt both refreshed and sad. As Neon Webtoon's editorial department did for Goo Joon Young in the story, this drama helped me grow a lot, so I will remember it for a long time.”

“Today's Webtoon” was Nam Yoon Su's first office drama, he shared, “At first, I wasn't familiar with the terms used in the editorial department of this webtoon, so I learned by looking up the meaning and etymology of the words in the script. Since this is my first office drama, there are many characters and many scenes where they appear together in one space.

That's why I try my best not to make mistakes or cause inconvenience to my fellow actors and seniors." When asked about his sync rate with Goo Joon Young, Nam Yoon Su replied, “About 50 percent. His shyness and ability to cheer together with everyone when the team mood improves is very similar to mine." He continued, “What was different was that when he developed feelings for On Ma Eum, Goo Joon Young showed a passive attitude.

If it were me, I would express myself enough so that others could recognize my interests. Before jumping into a new project, Nam Yoon Su is currently taking time to rest. He commented, “I'm the type of person who always enjoys moments where I try out new characters, so I wanted to try an action project, which I've never done before."
