BLACKPINK 's plan to hold a BORN PINK World Tour concert in Jakarta was greeted with great enthusiasm by BLINKs. The concert is planned to be held for 2 days, namely 11 and 12 March 2022. iMe Indonesia, as a promoter, divides tickets into six different categories. The most expensive category, VIP, sells for Rp. 3.8 million along with the opportunity to watch a sound check, and the cheapest sells for Rp. 1.3 million.
Ticket sales are divided into two different days. The first day, November 14, 2022 is for presale via Weverse. While general sales open today, 15 November 2022. For general sales, the purchase time is also divided into two, namely at 12.00 WIB for the first day tickets and 14.00 WIB for the second day tickets. Of course, it didn't take long for the ticket sales sites to be attacked by BLINKs.
Based on website's monitoring, ticket sales on the first day ran out in less than 15 minutes. A number of buyers said they had difficulty logging into the sales site, and expressed their disappointment on Twitter. Meanwhile for the second day of sales, also showed results that were not much different. Less than 30 minutes the tickets sold out. Even so, there are not a few ticket buyers who just want to resell the BLACKPINK concert tickets they managed to get.
This is evident from the trending hashtag #BORNPINKJakarta on Twitter containing a number of tweets with the code WTS (Want to Sell) which in Indonesian means 'want to sell'. Of course not a few sell at a price much more expensive than the original price. This made BLINKs who failed to get tickets irritable. "My friend is really hopeless because of this (ticket sales site). Then I can see that there are lots of people making money," wrote one netizen.
"Ehh, if you don't want to watch, you don't have to buy a ticket, is it okay, woiii, I want to meet this Jisoo!" another added. BLACKPINK BORN PINK World Tour in Jakarta will be held for 2 days at the Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK). Previously, the location of the YG Entertainment girl group concert had become a polemic because it would be used for the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
