BTS's Jin amazed fans after showing the luxury brand's perforated pants as his favorite item. The oldest member of the BTS group is known to be simple and likes to wear things until they are completely broken. On Monday October 31, 2022, BTS's Jin appeared in a video interview with GQ Korea.
As the title of the video says, "10 Things Jin of BTS Can't Live Without," Jin shows off 10 things that are considered important and can't be missed from his life. Among them are a collection of limited edition racket bags from the collaboration of Wilson and Minions, gaming keyboards, cellphones, wallets, pajamas, and Louis Vuitton sling bags.
To his surprise, BTS's Jin took out Thom Browne's gray training pants which had holes in them. The owner of the real name Kim Seokjin admits that he doesn't really think about the clothes he will wear. BTS's Jin usually only takes things that are in front of him. Because of that, Jin BTS has often worn his favorite training pants with holes in the pockets.
"I see these pants the most, so you can see the hole here," said Jin while showing the hole to the camera. "I wear them too often. I purposely brought these pants today to fix them after this," he continued. Apart from that, BTS's Jin also showed white sandals from Louis Vuitton which made him feel embarrassed because he realized that the colors were faded and dirty.
However, it remains his favorite item. "Wow, it's embarrassing to see how faded these sandals are," said Jin BTS laughing. "I'm not sure how many years it's been since I started wearing these. Maybe two or three years ago. Since then I've probably been wearing them for maybe 300 out of 365 days a year.
I've worn them on tour and a lot of other things. I've even worn them once this is when fishing. Or when traveling with BTS personnel. I often use this from my wallet," he explained. Even so, Jin BTS didn't think about buying new sandals. Because the Louis Vuitton sandals he wore until they were damaged and dirty felt more comfortable.
After watching Jin BTS' video interview with GQ Korea, fans are busy talking about him on Twitter. "Seokjin, how about washing the sandals?" commented a fan, highlighting the condition of his sandals. "Seokjin just wears pants until they tear.
When are you proud to wear clothes over and over again... once he likes it he will wear the item until it breaks. It's a dream," wrote a fan. "Whether you want to laugh or what... Really, bro, using stuff, it's broken... even if the pants have holes in them, he prefers to be repaired... I mean... there's a lot of ATM in it... but not that much," said another fan praising BTS's Jin.
