BTS's RM can be called a successful Pharrell Williams fan. The reason is, the BTS leader managed to get the opportunity to work with the idol. Reporting from the Rolling Stone page on Tuesday November 1, 2022, Pharrell Williams was confirmed to be collaborating with BTS to record a new song. 

Through an exclusive interview between Pharrell Williams and BTS's RM, the two are known to be working on a project together. Pharrell Williams is known to be releasing a new album titled 'Phriends'. Among the songs that will be released in the album 'Phriends', Pharrell Williams will release a collaboration song with BTS. 

Recently Pharrell Williams worked remotely to do the recording. “ That's a song from my album that they (BTS) sang, and I'm very grateful. Everyone who heard it was like, 'Whoa', " said Pharrell Williams. RM who listened to it said that he really liked the song. Pharrell Williams who also heard that RM BTS will be releasing a solo album said that he was ready to help if needed. 

“ You said you were 90 percent done with your solo album. But if in that last 10 percent, if you need — you don't need me, but I mean… ” said Pharrell Williams. RM replied, “ I've always needed you, for 15 years. " RM also claimed to be honored and grateful for the offer the American rapper gave him. 

At the end of the interview session, Pharrell Williams gave some suggestions for RM BTS to move forward and grow curiosity. Pharrell Williams adds, “ And don't put any pressure on what you're doing by saying . Nothing is absolute, like "Oh, I'll never play music again," or "I'll never . . . "I'm not going to do any of that. I'll just—” 

" Through a video shared by Bighit through the BANGTANTV YouTube channel, the first meeting between BTS and Pharrell Williams took place in 2018 through the Billboard Music Awards. BTS was seen visiting Pharrell Williams' room. Pharrell Williams and BTS's RM will cover Rolling Stone's Musicians on Musicians 2022 cover. Both of them look very dashing in some of the photos that have been uploaded by Rolling Stone.
