Here Are 3 Korean Films Starring Park Seo Joon, Comeback 'Concrete Utopia'

Park Seo Joon will be returning to the big screen in “ Concrete Utopia ”. This is his second film this year after "Dream" which was released on April 16 in South Korean cinemas. In the previous film, Park Seo Joon was paired by IU, this time the actor born in 1988 will be paired by the beautiful actress Park Bo Young. 

The two of them will play a married couple. The thriller film is directed by Uhm Tae Hwan and is scheduled for release on August 23. While waiting for the release, let's see what films Park Seo Joon has starred in below.

1. Midnight Runners 2017

A comedy film that tells the story of two students who are currently pursuing police education. Once upon a time the two students accidentally saw an event they were not supposed to see. 

The two students saw an incident where a girl was kidnapped before their eyes. The student decided to save the girl. However, when he wanted to save the student, he faced various twists and turns. 

Here, Park Seo Joon plays the character Hwang Ki Joon, a police student who really likes meat. Hwang Ki Joon is not as smart as Kang Hee Yoel (Kang Ha Neul). Even so, he is very strong physically and good at martial arts.

2. The Divine Fury 2019

This thriller genre film tells the story of a boy named Yoong Hoo (Park Seo Joon) who was abandoned by his mother when he gave birth to him. Then his father also died in an accident when Yoong Hoo was little.

This incident made him feel that God was not being fair to him and he started not to believe in God anymore. Growing up he managed to become an MMA athlete and was successful. After achieving that success, he thought that this success was due to his hard work without interference from God.

3.Dream 2023

"Dream" is Park Seo Joon's film which is also relatively new. In this sports genre film, Park Seo Joon competes with idols and also the beautiful actress IU. The story of a group of people who play soccer for the first time for the Homeless World Cup.  

This time, Park Seo Joon plays Yoon Hong Dae, a professional soccer player who also works as a coach for a ragtag soccer team.  Then IU plays a director named Lee So Min. His job was to make a documentary film of the team.
