Airing since July 2023, the Barbie film is said to be the highest-grossing film in Warner Bros. history. This new achievement even beat the popularity of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 which was broadcast in 2011.

The film made by the talented hands of Greta Gerwig also made the director set a new record as a solo female directed film with the highest box office income of all time. Through the various successes of this Barbie film , ComicBook reports that Mattel, as the foundation of the Barbie company, is officially presenting a new animated series on Netflix which will be available next September.
