Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale tells the story of Moon Cha Min (Lee Jun Young), the son of a wealthy chaebol family and the CEO of a social club. Moon Cha Min is an arrogant man who doesn't care about women's dreams of having a love story like the Cinderella fairy tale.
Then, he gets involved with Shin Jae Rim (Pyo Ye Jin) who works as the manager of his social club. Jae Rim hopes to find a handsome prince and be free from her poor life. As time goes by, she grows into an independent woman and does not look for someone to rely on.
