Even though the drama Strong Girl Nam Soon is not as popular as the drama Strong Woman Do Bong Soon , it cannot be denied that Byeon Woo Seok succeeded in playing an evil character very well.

Set in the Joseon era, the law prohibiting liquor is very strict. Kang Ro Seo (Hyeri), a nobleman who struggles to pay off his family's debts by making alcohol. However, Nam Young (Yoo Seung Ho), a very principled inspector, has a goal of catching illegal liquor makers. 

When Kang Ro Seo and Nam Young, who come from very different backgrounds, start living together, alcohol is not their problem. Both of them are involved with the alcoholic crown prince, Lee Pyo (Byeon Woo Seok).  Lee Pyo loves liquor and Kang Ro Seo is happy to do business with him. 

Meanwhile, Nam Young becomes interested in the business run by Kang Ro Seo. The three also form an unusual friendship while running the business, uncovering royal intrigue as romance begins to develop between Kang Ro Seo and Nam Young.

A fun and interesting romantic comedy, Moonshine is an excellent show. Byeon Woo Seok managed to steal attention with his hilarious role as Crown Prince Lee Pyo, showing his versatility as an actor.
