South Korean girl group, BLACKPINK will finally gather again in an official event after almost a year. They are scheduled to attend the premiere of the BLACKPINK World Tour concert film BORN PINK in Cinemas.
On Friday July 26 2024, BLACKPINK was confirmed to be holding a Pink Carpet event on August 9 to welcome the screening of the BLACKPINK World Tour concert film BORN PINK in Cinemas at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul.
According to YG Entertainment's official release, BLACKPINK will walk the pink carpet to get closer to fans. This is a special event because it is held a day after the group's eighth debut anniversary.
The Pink Carpet event will also be the first time in 11 months since Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa have appeared together in public following the closing concert of their BORN PINK world tour last September.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK World Tour concert film BORN PINK in Cinemas will be released exclusively at CGV cinemas in 110 countries, including Indonesia. The film features footage from BORN PINK's encore concert at Gocheok Sky Dome on September 16 and 17, 2023.
