SM Entertainment announced on July 27, 2024 that EXO's Chanyeol is in the final stages of preparation for his solo debut in August 2024. Known for his work as a member of EXO and the unit Sehun & Chanyeol, as well as his solo singles, SM 'STATION' songs, featurings, and OST contributions, Chanyeol is ready to start a new chapter in his career.
Following his solo debut, Chanyeol will kick off his '2024 CHANYEOL LIVE TOUR: City-scape' with a performance at Blue Square Mastercard Hall in Seoul on September 6-7, 2024. Additional tour dates and locations will be announced at a later date.
Tickets for the Seoul concert will be available at Interpark Ticket, with pre-sale for EXO's official fan club, EXO-L, starting on August 7 at 8 p.m., and general sale starting on August 8 at 8 p.m. Chanyeol recently wrapped up his seven-city Asian fan concert tour, 'The Eternity', and performed at China's major music festival TMEA 2024, continuing his active engagement with fans.
On July 26, 2024, EXO's official fan club community and social media accounts released poster images for Chanyeol's upcoming tour. The poster, inspired by the tour's title 'City-scape', features Chanyeol against a backdrop of a city view at night.
