The story revolves around the emergence of “adoption brokerage organizations” that supply children to those seeking secret adoption and are even willing to remove the children for a “refund.” The story unfolds as Tae Shik, who was once part of this organization, tries to save these “refunded” children. Details about Dex's specific role in the drama have not been revealed.
