Suzy responds to rumors of her dating Park Bo Gum. The dating rumors were sparked by photos the two shared on their respective Instagram accounts. As is known, Suzy and Park Bo Gum are paired in the film Wonderland which will be showing in cinemas starting Wednesday June 5, 2024.
This is the first time Suzy and Park Bo Gum have been paired in one project. The two are told as a couple in the romantic film. Not a few fans found the harmony of Suzy and Park Bo Gum. Even hoping that the two were involved in location love.
In her interview with Sports Hankook, Monday July 1, 2024, Suzy revealed that she and Park Bo Gum had heard the rumors. The actor had even predicted it because of their chemistry in the film Wonderland. "I know about that reaction.
Like Bo Gum said, we probably got that question because our chemistry felt real in the movie. I think everything went well," Suzy told Sports Hankook. "I always work hard to promote the projects I work on, but I like this project more. This is a project where I feel really happy on set."
"I waited a long time for the release and learned a lot during the preparation and filming. The film's shooting location meant a lot to me." Suzy then revealed the reason she often uploads intimate photos with Park Bo Gum. The Wonderland film couple wants to make the audience emotional and better understand the love story of Jung In and Tae Ju.
"Since Jung In and Tae Ju's screen time may be short, we tried to fill it with props and photos. We couldn't convey all the stories in the film but we did our best to make sure our stories were conveyed well," concluded Suzy. Wonderland follows the story of people who use a service to reunite with their deceased loved ones.
The service 'Wonderland' allows the deceased to be present through their data. Suzy plays Jeong In, a woman who 'revives' her comatose boyfriend with Wonderland's AI service. Meanwhile, Park Bo Gum plays Tae Ju, Suzy's lover who finds many strange things after waking up from a coma and becoming a 'product' of AI services.
In addition to Suzy and Park Bo Gum, there are Choi Woo Shik, Tang Wei, Jung Yu Mi, and Gong Yoo who make special appearances in the film Wonderland. The film is scheduled to air globally on Netflix this July 2024.
