K-pop group BLACKPINK members finally reunited after almost a year. Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rose held a live broadcast to celebrate their 8th debut anniversary on Thursday August 8, 2024.
The four members of the K-pop group BLACKPINK were last reunited on Tuesday November 212023 at Buckingham Palace in England. Jennie and friends attended a dinner held in honor of the visit of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, to strengthen cultural ties between the two countries.
Finally, on Friday August 19, 2024, YG Entertainment announced plans to celebrate BLACKPINK's 8th anniversary by holding an exclusive fansign. On BLACKPINK's special day, there will be 88 lucky fans who will have the opportunity to meet Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose.

The youngest member of K-pop group BLACKPINK, Lisa is known to be the last to arrive in South Korea. She arrived on Tuesday August 8, 2024 after enjoying a vacation in Italy. Meanwhile, Rose was recently seen in Los Angeles with Saint Laurent Creative Director, Anthony Vaccarello.
At exactly 00.00 KST when the day changed, the members of the K-pop group BLACKPINK started their celebration. They sang the happy birthday song and made wishes before blowing out the candles on the cake. BLACKPINK's reunion moment instantly cured fans' longing.
Not a few were entertained by the behavior of Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rose during the live broadcast. Moreover, there was a funny moment when Rose's hat fell off while trying to blow out the candles and hit the cake. "I really want to cry seeing them joking around together, I miss them," wrote a fan on the Twitter account @blinkmf.
