Lady Gaga is reportedly ready to release a new single in October 2024. She gave the signal when she uploaded a photo of her planned activities next month on social media. One of the schedules says the first single from LG7 or Lady Gaga's seventh album.

However, there is no further information regarding the release date of the song. "October XX: LG7's first single," Lady Gaga's agenda wrote in a photo uploaded to X on Wednesday September 4, 2024. The upload immediately garnered a lot of positive reactions from fans who have been waiting for the female soloist's comeback.

They filled the comments column with joyful messages. Some fans also admitted that they can't wait for Lady Gaga's return with a new song. The release of Lady Gaga's new song also coincides with the release of her latest film in October, namely Joker: Folie a Deux.

The upcoming new song comes weeks after Lady Gaga teamed up with Bruno Mars to duet on Die With A Smile. The single was just released on August 15, but is not on either Lady Gaga or Bruno Mars' new album tracklist. The duet marks the first release for both musicians in a long time.

Previously, Bruno Mars last released a song in 2022 with Anderson. Paak through their Silk Sonic project. Meanwhile, Lady Gaga is known to have last released an album titled Chromatica in 2020. However, she was recorded to have done a duet with Rolling Stone for the song Sweet Sounds of Heaven.

Lady Gaga has long been active in the world music industry by releasing several solo and collaboration albums, starting from The Fame (2008), The Fame Monster (2009), Born This Way (2011), Artpop (2013), Joanne (2016), to Chromatica (2020).

In addition, the musician also launched two collaborative albums, namely with Tony Bennett entitled Cheek to Cheek in 2014 and Love for Sale in 2021. Lady Gaga is preparing to star in the latest film titled Joker: Folie À Deux. In the film, Lady Gaga will play the character Harley Quinn in the sequel which carries the concept of a musical film.
