All NewJeans members held a live broadcast to express their complaints and feelings regarding the conflict between their agency, ADOR, and their parent company, HYBE. On Wednesday September 11, 2024, the five NewJeans members did a broadcast on YouTube and discussed their feelings after Min Hee-jin was removed as CEO of ADOR by HYBE on August 27, 2024.

Hyein said that the broadcast was done because all NewJeans members had something they wanted to express to HYBE.  "We prepared this live broadcast because the five of us have something we want to express. What we want to convey today is clearly about HYBE," Hyein opened.

"We have had meetings with the company management and expressed our opinions, but based on the events that occurred after the meeting, it appears that what we wanted was not conveyed or conveyed well," she continued. Danielle goes on to explain NewJeans' desire to work with Min Hee-jin again as ADOR's CEO.

"Even before our debut as NewJeans and throughout the time we've spent together with CEO Min Hee-jin, we all felt that the music we wanted to make and the world we wanted to build together were the same in many ways," she said. "Together with CEO Min Hee-jin, we were able to prepare for each assignment with a sincere heart and I believe that shows in our work," she continued.

Hanni then shared a story from her own experience regarding the mistreatment that happened to her. Hanni said that she heard a manager from one of the HYBE groups ordering several people to ignore her. Minji also criticized the new management that HYBE implemented for NewJeans by separating production and management that is different from other labels.

Haerin added her desire to work with people who have grown with NewJeans since their debut. She also questioned why HYBE is continuing to make changes to NewJeans. Closing the live broadcast, Minji conveyed NewJeans' wishes for Bang Si-hyuk and HYBE to make a wise decision to return ADOR to its original state until September 25, 2024.
