Girl group fromis_9 will release a farewell song for fans, following news of the group's departure from Pledis Entertainment . This news was conveyed through a post on fromis_9's social media account on Friday December 6, 2024.
In a post on X's social media account, fromis_9 shared a poster or teaser image for the song titled ' from ' which will be released on December 23, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. KST. The poster that was shared shows a key chain with the word 'from' written on it on a green background.
On the other hand, the song 'from' is a special song that fromis_9 will release for their fans, flover. This song marks their last release under the Pledis Entertainment agency. With all 8 members deciding not to renew their contracts with the agency, fromis_9 will officially leave Pledis Entertainment as of December 31, 2024.
They will pursue their respective careers and activities afterward. Meanwhile, fromis_9 joined Pledis Entertainment in August 2021, and has released a number of hits. Including 'Talk & Talk,' 'DM,' 'Stay This Way,' '#menow,' and 'Supersonic.'
