Netflix will soon release the series ' Squid Game ' season 2 on December 26, 2024. This has been a drama that has been awaited since the first season aired in 2021. In this second season, there will be a fierce revenge fight between Gi Hoon (Lee Jung Jae) and Frontman (Lee Byung Hun).

Park Gyu Young will specifically join the series as a new participant to earn a large amount of money. In this drama, Park Gyu Young will play the character Noeul. Noeul is a former soldier and North Korean defector who decided to enter the game because of his child.

He needs a lot of money to find the little daughter he left behind in North Korea, quoted from OSEN on December 24, 2024. In the released stills, Park Gyu Young depicts a face with a desperate expression. Her short hair is tied carelessly and she is dressed in simple clothes. Showing that Noeul is a character who faces financial and mental difficulties.

Previously, Park Gyu Young has played a role in several Netflix series. Such as in 'Sweet Home' season 1 and 2, and 'Celebrity'. In both series, Park Gyu Young has a strong but different charm. She appeared as Yoon Ji Su in 'Sweet Home' seasons 1 and 2 and captivated viewers with her courage.

She swung a baseball bat without hesitation at monsters and was willing to sacrifice herself for the residents. Not only that, in the series 'Celebrity', she plays Seo Ari, the main character who transforms from an ordinary office worker to a top influencer overnight.

This series depicts the dark side of the celebrity world and brought 'Celebrity' to the first place in the TOP 10 global series (non-English) category within two weeks of its release. Attention will be focused on the acting of Park Gyu Young, can she once again amaze the audience?

Given that she has brought global box office success in every Netflix series she stars in. Look forward to Park Gyu Young's appearance as a former North Korean soldier trying to save his daughter. Netflix series 'Squid Game 2' will premiere on December 26, 2024.
