The production team of "The Tyrant's Chef" is immediately looking for a new main actor after Park Sung Hoon officially left. On January 13, 2025, local media reported that Lee Chae Min is now being eyed to be SNSD Yoona's drama partner for the tvN drama.
Regarding the casting news, Chae Min's agency, GOLDMEDALIST, immediately responded, "Lee Chae Min has indeed received an offer [to star in] 'The Tyrant's Chef' and is reviewing the offer positively."
