South Korean actor Song Joong-ki is the newest endorser of a Filipino health and wellness brand. Song Joong-ki is the latest brand ambassador for IAM Worldwide, based on a video posted on Monday March 24, 2025 by PUBLICITYASIA on Instagram.
This marks Song Joong-ki’s first-ever brand partnership in the Philippines, according to a press release. “I have always admired the Filipino spirit, their warmth and hospitality. This partnership allows me to connect more deeply with my Filipino fans,” Song Joong-ki said in a statement.
IAM President and Co-founder Allen Marvin Eder said the company was “honored” to have Song Joong-ki as their 2025 headliner. “His illustrious career and personal values align perfectly with our brand's vision and mission,” Eder said.
“We believe that his influence and dedication will inspire many Filipinos to pursue their aspirations to not just excel in life but also to embrace a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle,” said IAM Vice President and Co-founder Aika Lorraine Uy.
General Manager and Co-founder Joanna Mañego added: “Known for his versatility and commitment to his craft, Song Joong-ki embodies the very essence of IAM Worldwide’s mission to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their dreams and overcome the impossible.”
The announcement also raises anticipation as to whether Song Joong-ki will be holding a brand-organized event in the country. Recognized as one of the most popular stars of the Korean wave, Song Joong-ki is known for his lead roles in dramas such as “Descendants of the Sun,” “Vincenzo” and “Reborn Rich.”
