BLACKPINK's Lisa once again showed her generous side by donating all the proceeds from her personal flea market event. According to Sony Music Korea on August 18, 2025, Lisa handed over the donation from the flea market held last June 2025 to Good Neighbors, a global NGO that focuses on children's rights.
The event, titled "Welcome to Lisa's Closet," took place in the Hannam-dong area of Seoul, where Lisa sold her personal items, including clothing, accessories, and beauty products. Besides being a special opportunity to meet fans in person, the event also aimed to raise funds for charity, and it was well-received by the public.
The donation will be allocated to a drinking water sanitation project in the Niger region of Africa. Good Neighbors plans to use the funds to build solar power systems, water tanks, and safe drinking water facilities for approximately 6,800 residents and children in the Kollo region of Niger.
This initiative is expected to help local communities access clean and hygienic water, reducing the risk of diseases caused by contaminated water. In her statement, Lisa expressed her gratitude for everyone's participation.
"Thanks to those who shared, we were able to convey hope for someone's future. This was a truly precious time," Lisa said. She also emphasized his commitment to continue giving charity, "In the future, I will continue to practice sharing so that I can make a positive difference for children who need help."
