Following the success of their album "bomb," released on June 16, 2025, South Korean girl group ILLIT is gearing up for their next release. Belift Lab management announced an ILLIT comeback towards the end of 2025.

Reported by Xports News on Friday September 19, 2025, Belift Lab reported that currently the group consisting of Wonhee, Minju, Iroha, Moka, and Yunah is in the process of preparing a new album. "ILLIT is preparing for a comeback with a goal of a November release.

We will share details later," they said in an official statement. The release will take place the same month as their fan meeting in Seoul. ILLIT is scheduled to meet fans for two days at Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park, November 8-9, 2025.

This fan meeting is an encore of the 2025 ILLIT Glitter Day event. The fan meeting tour began on June 7, 2025, a week after the release of their album, "bomb." 2025 ILLIT Glitter Day was their first fan meeting held in Korea and Japan.

After two days in Seoul last June 2025, ILLIT flew to Yokohama and Osaka, Japan, in August and September 2025. ILLIT is the first girl group under Belift Lab, the agency that also manages ENHYPEN. The members auditioned through the JTBC TV show "RU Next?" in 2023.

Debuting on March 25, 2024, ILLIT immediately captured public attention with the single "Magnetic" from their album Super Real Me. They also caused a stir early in their career after being accused of plagiarizing NewJeans.

This year, ILLIT achieved chart success with their song "Bilyeoon Goyangi" (Do the Dance). The song, which has been streamed over 56 million times on Spotify, peaked at #40 on the South Korean domestic chart, Melon Top 100, on Friday (September 19, 2025).
