South Korean actor, Ahn Hyo Seop responded to the possibility of being offered the voice of Jinu in the sequel to the KPop film Demon Hunters. The K-pop film Demon Hunters tells the story of HUNTR/X, who lives as a monster hunter to maintain the peace of Honmoon.

Released last June 2025, the film became the highest-grossing animated film of all time on Netflix. In addition to the film itself, the music from the film also dominated the music charts. With this popularity, discussions about a sequel to the K-pop series Demon Hunters have begun to grow.

Ahn Hyo Seop voices Jinu, a monster member of the Saja Boys. When asked in USA Today, Ahn Hyo Seop replied, “I mean, Jinu gave his soul (in the film) so I never imagined how he would come back.” “As someone who loves Jinu very much as a fan, of course I want him back, but it’s not in my power,” he said again.

Ahn Hyo Seop also learned that fans of Jinu's character left condolence flowers in the Namsan Tower area, which was the setting for the character's death. On the other hand, director Maggie Kang is reportedly in negotiations with Sony to continue the KPop Demon Hunters story, but both parties have not yet responded.

Currently, songs from films like Golden are at the UK Number One spot and are the second Korean song to achieve this achievement. The song Your Idol, sung by Saja Boys, also topped the United States music charts last month.
