BTS's Jin once again showed his generous side on his 33rd birthday on December 4, 2025. He donated 100 million won to a social institution in Busan. According to an official announcement from the Busan Namgwang Social Welfare Association on December 3, 2025, Jin distributed the donation on December 1, 2025.

The funds will be used for two main programs: a talent development scholarship for teenagers from low-income families and a mentoring program for children recently released from orphanages (children's welfare facilities).

Jin made the decision to donate as a token of gratitude on his special day. He warmly greeted his fans (ARMY) via Weverse on Tuesday night. "Last year, I didn't even get to say thank you properly on my birthday. This year, I finally got to, and I'm so happy," Jin wrote.

He continued, "This year has been truly full of good things. I released a solo album, held a concert, and all of our members returned safely from the military without any major incidents. What a grateful year this has been. Thanks to all of you, I was able to have a good year and celebrate another birthday."

Jin didn't forget to express his gratitude to ARMY, "As I always say, because of ARMY I can continue to work and live a happy life every day. Thank you so much. I love you all so much, ARMY. For the birthday celebration live, I will turn it on around 2 PM KST."
