iKON's Bobby has officially completed his mandatory military service. On Thursday December 4, 2025, his agency 143 Entertainment announced that Bobby had completed his military service as a permanent duty reserve soldier and was officially discharged on Wednesday December 3, 2025.

Wasting no time, the same day after leaving the barracks, Bobby immediately held a live broadcast on social media to greet his fans (iKONIC). In the live broadcast, he shared lighthearted stories from his one year and six months of military service, including several humorous and touching episodes that made fans miss him even more.

Bobby is the third iKON member to complete his mandatory military service, following Kim Jinhwan (Jay) and Jung Chanwoo (Chan), who returned earlier this year. Now, only Song Yunhyeong (Song), Junhoe, and DK are still serving. Since his debut with iKON in 2015, Bobby has been recognized as one of the top rappers in K-Pop's third generation.

He won 'Show Me The Money 3' (2014) and has released numerous high-quality solo works, including the full-length albums 'Love and Fall' (2017) and 'Lucky Man' (2021). Bobby's return at the end of 2025 immediately heated up fans' anticipation for iKON's new projects in 2026, especially since most of the members were back in full.
