Former THE BOYZ Member Ju Haknyeon recently did an interview with Billboard which was his first interview after leaving the group. As is known, Ju Haknyeon was accused of prostitution with  former AV actress, Asuka Kirara, which resulted in him being expelled from the group and agency.

The police found no evidence and immediately dropped the charges, but the idol still had to pay compensation for tarnishing the reputation of the agency, ONE HUNDRED. Until finally, the idol openly shared "what happened" when he left the group due to the scandal or accusations.

"We used to hang out a lot, and while we were drinking, there was someone there who used to be an adult video actress, Asuka Kirara. We first met there. As far as I know, she retired five or seven years ago." "He's more successful now.

While drinking with others, we talked about business because he runs a dermatology clinic. Everyone gets a little drunk, and as adults, drinking and getting drunk is normal, right? I'm about to turn 27," Ju Haknyeon said.

Ju Haknyeon also remembered that after rumors emerged about him and Asuka Kirara, the ONE HUNDRED agency gave him a contract termination agreement with the obligation to pay a large fine. He admitted he couldn't sign the agreement because of the large sum.

He regretted it and revealed he would go bankrupt if that happened. "There was no discussion of this at the time. Honestly, I never engaged in prostitution with Kirara. I never stayed at the same place as her. There was no evidence, and the reporter never produced any, but they still wrote the story."

"I want people to know that the company isn't protecting its artists and isn't acting like a company should. If I lose this case because of something I didn't do, the company will definitely take advantage of this situation again," he concluded.
