DAWN has officially ended his journey with the agency AT AREA. On January 29, 2026, the singer-songwriter shared the news with fans via a post on his personal Instagram account. In the post, DAWN expressed his deep gratitude to all AT AREA staff who have accompanied him all this time.
"The time we spent together thinking and working hard towards a common goal will remain a valuable experience and a profound lesson for me," he wrote. DAWN also hinted that this breakup marked a significant turning point in his career.
He promised to return with more mature work that more deeply reflects his personal musical style. He also asked fans to be patient with his new music, which may take a while to maintain its quality and originality.
Moving forward, DAWN asked for warm support not only for his new endeavors but also for the future of AT AREA. For your information, DAWN joined AT AREA—a label founded by the GroovyRoom production team—in January 2023.
During his contract, the label also became home to several other well-known artists such as HyunA and Yuju, and currently still houses Mirani and GEMINI. As of now, DAWN has not provided further details regarding whether he will join a new agency or choose an independent path.
