NCT's Jisung will return to acting after his debut as a child actor. He has been confirmed to join the upcoming Korean drama, Crash 2. On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, SM Entertainment stated, “Jisung will appear in the second season of the Korean drama Crash.”
Jisung will play Ji Dae Sae, the newest member of TCI (Traffic Crime Investigation). He is known as the visual of the department, possesses hapkido and taekwondo skills, and hides something within himself. Crash is a Korean drama about a traffic investigation.
It was the first Korean drama to address this theme and stars Lee Min Ki, Kwak Sun Young, Heo Sung Tae, and others. The first season premiered in May 2025 and became the third highest-rated drama of all time on Korean television network ENA.
They then confirmed a second season last August 2025. This drama marked Jisung's return to acting. Before debuting as a member of the group NCT Dream , Jisung was a child actor who starred in dramas and films. Jisung acted in Tree with Deep Roots and the film Unbowed.
