Nine members of the boy group THE BOYZ have reportedly filed for contract termination from their agency, ONE HUNDRED. They reportedly filed this request last February 2026, but have yet to receive a response from the agency.
On Thursday, March 19, 2026, THE FACT reported that nine members, Eric, Sangyeon, Sunwoo, Jacob, Q, Younghoon, Kevin, Hyunjae, and Juyeon, submitted a contract termination request to ONE HUNDRED's agency CEO, Cha Ga Won.
They filed for contract termination citing breach of contract. Furthermore, New was the only member of the group who did not request a contract termination. The reason was not disclosed to the public. Negotiations lasted for a month but failed to reach an agreement.
CEO Cha Ga Won reportedly failed to provide the necessary documents and payment and offered no explanation. During the negotiations, the CEO filed another lawsuit, seeking penalties for breach of contract.
The agency has not yet responded to this report. Previously, ONE HUNDRED was reported to have not paid their workers' rights, including the group THE BOYZ, since last year, even using deposit money for the dormitory where the group members live.
The Boyz, who were announced to hold a concert at the KSPO Dome from April 24 to 26, 2026, did not have a practice room provided by the agency.
Consequently, the members rented a practice room and paid staff. Besides ONE HUNDRED, CEO Cha Ga Won, who oversees the agencies Big Planet Made and INB100, has reportedly not paid their artists and staff.
