EXO's Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin have reportedly filed for exclusive contract termination with their label, INB100. The three join the growing list of artists who have terminated their contracts due to unpaid salaries.

On Friday, April 10, 2026, Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin filed for termination of membership at the end of March with INB100 CEO Cha Ga Won. They also requested clarification regarding several unpaid activities and other contractual violations.

According to The Fact, even though they gave him two weeks, Cha Ga Won did not provide an explanation, which ultimately led them to file for contract termination. Cha Ga Won's side responded, "We are working to normalize the company's operations.

We will do our best to resolve the situation, whether through additional investment or personal expenses." INB100 is a subsidiary founded by Baekhyun after leaving SM Entertainment. It was later incorporated as part of ONE HUNDRED, a company founded by Cha Ga Won and MC Mong.

MC Mong left the company while Cha Ga Won became the largest shareholder to manage ONE HUNDRED, Big Planet Made Entertainment, and INB100. Cha Ga Won recently faced reports of three fraud cases. He reportedly signed contracts using his artist's property and is currently undergoing investigation.

Meanwhile, Chen, Baekhyun , and Xiumin are currently feuding with their former company, SM Entertainment, over the transparency of their contract payments. This has forced the three of them to be absent from EXO's activities, including their solo concerts.

Before Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin, several artists who filed for contract termination from THE BOYZ from ONE HUNDRED, then Taemin, Lee Mujin, BE'O, VIVIZ, and Lee Seung Gi from Big Planet Made Entertainment.
