TXT (TOMORROW X TOGETHER) has once again proven their popularity in Japan through Platinum certification from RIAJ for their latest mini album. TXT's eighth mini-album, "7th Year: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns," has achieved Platinum certification in Japan.
The certification was awarded by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) after the album surpassed 250,000 sales. This latest achievement brings TXT's list of Gold Disc certifications in Japan to a total of 16 awards throughout their career.
Previously, the single album "CHIKAI" successfully achieved Triple Platinum after recording sales of more than 750 thousand copies. Four other TXT releases also received Double Platinum certification for successfully reaching distribution figures of over 500 thousand copies.
The Double Platinum album includes The Star Chapter: Together, STARKISSED, SWEET, and "minisode 2: Thursday's Child". Additionally, several other TXT albums also went Platinum , including "Chaotic Wonderland" and FREEFALL. TXT's latest mini album also dominated the Oricon Weekly Combined Album Ranking and Weekly Album Ranking charts.
Thanks to this achievement, TXT equaled the record of 14 most number-one albums in the history of the Weekly Combined Album Ranking. TXT is scheduled to hold a special concert titled 2026 TXT MOA CON in Aichi on May 23 and 24 to celebrate their seventh debut anniversary.
