Huawei has unveiled its nova 8 Pro 4G smartphone. To recall, the 5G variant had gone official last December. The handset comes with a 120Hz 6.72-inch Full-HD+ OLED screen, a quad rear camera setup, a Kirin 985 chipset, and a 4,000mAh battery with 66W fast-charging support.
The Huawei nova 8 Pro 4G comes with a 6.72-inch Full-HD+ (1236x2676 pixels) OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and an under-display fingerprint reader for secure biometric authentication. The phone has an edge-to-edge screen with a pill-shaped cut-out and a prominent bottom bezel. On the rear, there is a quad camera setup.
The Huawei nova 8 Pro 4G has a quad rear camera setup, comprising a 64MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide lens, a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro camera. On the front, a 16MP (f/2.0) main sensor and a 32MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide lens are available for taking selfies and video calling.
The Huawei nova 8 Pro 4G is powered by an octa-core Kirin 985 chipset, coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The device runs on Android 10-based EMUI 11.0 and packs a 4,000mAh battery with 66W fast-charging support.
The smartphone offers support for the latest connectivity options including dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. It is offered in Black, Blue, Green, and White color options.
The pricing and availability details of the Huawei nova 8 Pro 4G are yet to be announced. However, it should cost less than the 5G model which carries a starting price-tag of CNY3,999 (approximately Rs. 46,130).
