Realme has launched a new C-series smartphone called the Realme C25Y in Indian market. It is an affordable handset that comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display and has a 50MP triple-camera setup. The device is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T610 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. It has an 8MP selfie camera and draws power from a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. 

The Realme C25Y features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution (1,600 x 720 pixels), 60Hz refresh rate, 88.7% screen-to-body ratio, 420 nits of peak brightness, and a waterdrop-shaped notch. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T610 processor. The device has a square-shaped camera module at the back and a fingerprint reader. 

The Realme C25Y features a 50MP triple-camera setup. The 50MP primary sensor has PDAF and an F1.8 aperture. The rear camera module also includes a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera. Both the 2MP cameras have an F2.4 aperture. At the front, the smartphone features an 8MP selfie camera. The handset runs on Android 11 OS out of the box with Realme UI 2.0.

The Realme C25Y is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. As for the connectivity, the smartphone features a dual-SIM card slot, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a microUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device packs 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage. You can expand the storage space with the help of a microSD card slot. 

As for the pricing and availability, the Realme C25Y price in India starts at ₹10,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, while the 128GB storage model costs ₹11,999. The device comes in two colour variants: Glacier Blue and Metal Gray. The smartphone will go on sale in India via Flipkart and Realme’s website starting September 17, 2021, at 12 PM.
