Chinese tech company, OnePlus is ready to unveil its new mid-range device, called the Nord CE 2 5G, in India on February 17. In the latest development, tipster Yogesh Brar has leaked the pricing details and color variants of the smartphone. As per the tip-off, the Nord CE 2 5G will start at Rs. 23,999 and will be offered in Gray Mirror and Bahama Blue color options.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will replace the Nord CE 5G model in India. The handset will be the latest addition to the company's Nord line-up, which aims to offer premium features at a competitive price. The smartphone will aim to attract customers with a 90Hz AMOLED screen, a refreshed design, 65W fast-charging technology, and 5G connectivity.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will bear a 6.4-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will flaunt a punch-hole design with rounded corners, slim bezels, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The rear panel will sport a triple camera setup.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will draw power from a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. On the front software, it will boot Android 11-based OxygenOS 12 out of the box. For connectivity, the smartphone will offer support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5G, GPS, and a Type-C port.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will sport with a triple rear camera setup comprising a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth lens. For selfies, it will pack a 16MP front-facing camera. The handset will house a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support
The official pricing and availability details of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will be announced by the company at the time of its launch on February 17 in India. However, as per the latest tip-off, the 6GB/128GB model will cost Rs. 23,999 and the 8GB/128GB variant will be priced at Rs. 25,999. The smartphone is said to be offered in Bahama Blue and Gray Mirror colors.
