Vivo is going to launch its latest V-series smartphone called Vivo V23e 5G in Thailand. While the Chinese company already has a 4G model of the phone in Vietnam. Vivo has confirmed a few details on the new V-series device, like a dewdrop notch style display, a 44-megapixel front camera, and a triple camera setup at the back.

According to the report, the Vivo V23e 5G will have a notch-style display with a 44-megapixel camera up front. There might have an OLED panel and come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. In terms od\f dimensions, the smartphone is also teased to be 7.36mm thin. Under the hood, there could be the new Dimensity 810 chipset. 

On the software front, the Vivo V23e 5G boots Android 12-based Funtouch OS 12 baked on top. The memory configuration, screen size, and battery capacity haven’t been revealed yet. However, the smartphone is expected to have 44W fast charging support as the 4G variant. The handset features an in-display fingerprint scanner for secure biometric authentication. 

The Vivo V23e 5G comes with a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50MP (f/1.8) main shooter, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide snapper, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens. On the front, the handset sports a 44MP (f/2.0) snapper for selfies and video calls. For connectivity options, the smartphone offers support for Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, 5G, and a Type-C port.

The virtual launch event of the Vivo V23e 5G will take place on November 23 at 6.30 pm GMT+ 7 (5 pm IST). The company tweeted on the Vivo Thailand account to share multiple teasers of the Vivo V23e 5G.  The teaser images confirm that the new smartphone will arrive at least in two color options – black and blue.
