Samsung Galaxy A33 5G was announced along with Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A73 5G. As for the key highlights, the smartphone comes with an Exynos chipset, fast refresh rate AMOLED display, polycarbonate build, Android 12 OS, a quad rear camera, similar design, big battery, fast charging, and more.
Samsung Galaxy A33 5G bears a 6.4 inches Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and a 90Hz fast refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone comes equipped with the same Exynos 1280 processor that comes paired with ARM Mali-G68 GPU. It is accompanied by up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage with a storage expansion slot up to 1TB.
In terms optics, the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G boasts a quad rear camera that includes a 48-megaixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 5-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel portrait lens. It also comes with IP67 dust and water-resistance rating. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports a 32-megapixel front facing camera under the U-shaped notch.
The Samsung Galaxy A33 5G is backed by a 5000mah battery and supports 25W fast charging and similar to Galaxy A53 it doesn’t with a charger in the box. On the front software, the device is running on Android 12 with One UI 4.1 skin on top. In terms of connectivity options, the smartphone includes a 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and a USB Type-C port.
For official pricing and availability, the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G 6GB + 128GB model is priced at 370 euro and UK customers will grab it for 330 euro. The smartphone will be available for purchase from April 22 in US and Europe. The handset comes in four color options namely Black, White, Blue, and Peach.
