NCT's Taeil is known as one of the vocalists of the NCT group who has a beautiful voice and capable vocal techniques. As the main vocalist in the group NCT 127, Taeil is in charge of the high notes in every song. But apparently, the idol who was born in 1994 is not only good at vocals, but he is also currently pursuing a sport to keep his body fit, namely pilates. 

The moment when he was doing pilates exercise was shared by an Instagram account for a pilates studio @mac.pilatespt on November 11, 2022. In the pictures they share, Taeil seems to be doing a number of pilates movements such as balancing his body by leaning the right side of his body on a support, while his two legs are firmly resting on another support, and both hands are raised straight up while holding a stick. 

In another picture, Taeil seems to be hanging in the air. Both hands hold firmly on a tool, with both legs hanging straight, and do back flexing movements. Even though he only does Pilates to keep his body in shape, Taeil looks very focused and enjoys the exercise. The pilates trainer who helped Taeil also wrote a caption on his photo upload. 

He complimented Taeil for his focused attitude. " Taeil NCT 127, thank you for always focusing on every opportunity ," said the coach. Meanwhile, the discussion of Taeil and Pilates is nothing new among fans. In almost every video content of NCT 127, the members often tease Taeil as someone who never misses exercise at every opportunity.  

The oldest member of NCT is also often teased by other members, such as abdominal muscles that he never shows even though he often does sports, to a signature move called 'Taeil's Butterfly' where he lifts a barbell in a butterfly-like motion. The NCT fans actually felt annoyed with Taeil's behavior. Even though he doesn't display his abdominal muscles like the other members, they still admire NCT's Taeil for who he is.
