BIGBANG's Taeyang is said to be ready for a comeback by releasing a new album. Based on the news circulating, the musician is ready to make a solo comeback in January 2023. Previously, YG Entertainment gave a brief response regarding the news circulating.

In a statement released, management admitted that they still had not determined anything regarding Taeyang's solo comeback. But a week later, rumors emerged that Taeyang BIGBANG would collaborate with Jimin BTS for his solo album.

It was reported by a number of media that the two collaborated on one of the songs on the album, which is still being prepared. Not unlike the statement released earlier, YG Entertainment chose not to comment much. Responding to news about Taeyang and Jimin's collaboration, management said they would check the news first.

"We are currently still checking the truth of the news," said YG Entertainment. On the other hand, BIGHIT Music as BTS management chose not to comment. Taeyang last made a comeback with the release of the album White Night in August 2017.

This will be his first comeback in 6 years. On the other hand, BTS is currently busy with their individual activities. J-Hope, RM, and Jin have already released solo albums. While Jimin, V, Suga, and Jungkook are rumored to be releasing solo albums in 2023.
