Shocking news came from the girl group bugAboo. Just one year after their debut, they announced their disbandment. This was revealed directly by ATEAM which is the bugAboo management. They decided to terminate the exclusive contract with all the members.
"First of all, we want to thank the fans who love and support bugAboo. We want to provide official information regarding the activities of the bugAboo group," open ATEAM. "BugAboo, who worked hard since his debut to get lots of love from fans, will stop all activities starting today.
The agency and members agreed to stop activities and terminate the contracts of all members after long discussions," he explained. ATEAM also thanked the fans at the end of the statement. They also apologize for having to announce the bad news from bugAboo.
"We once again want to thank the fans for their support. We also apologize for announcing this news suddenly," said ATEAM. "We hope that the fans will continue to give love and support to the members who will start a new journey," he concluded.
bugAboo is a debut group consisting of six members. Choyeon, Yoona, Rainie, Zin, Eunchae, and Cyan were hand-picked by renowned K-Pop producer, Ryan Jhun. They debuted in October 2021 with the release of bugAboo . The six members made their first comeback in June 2022 with POP songs.
