Ahn Jae Hyun's Act Is Even Criticized, Korean Drama 'The Real Has Come' Wins High Ratings

The Korean drama ' The Real Has Come ' successfully captivated the hearts of Korean drama fans by achieving high viewership ratings in the first two episodes of its broadcast. However, behind the viewer rating which penetrated 20.8%, many netizens actually felt uncomfortable with the acting of the male lead, namely actor Ahn Jae Hyun. 

Quoting from Koreaboo on Tuesday March 28, 2023, actor Ahn Jae Hyun returned to the small screen after the last four years he had played in Korean dramas. Through the latest drama titled 'The Real Has Come', the actor is trying to recapture the attention of fans through his acting performances.

This drama tells the story of Oh Yeon Doo, played by Baek Jin Hee, who is single and pregnant, and Gong Tae Kyung, played by Ahn Jae Hyun, a doctor who has vowed not to marry. In the drama, the two start a fake relationship but end up falling in love with each other.

Behind the successful broadcast of the initial episode of the drama, Ahn Jae Hyun actually received a number of criticisms from netizens regarding his acting skills. Not a few mentioned that the acting of the actor who had just returned from his hiatus looked stiff and not natural at all. Several netizens left their comments as follows. 

" This really doesn't look good, what are you going to do with Ahn Jae Hyun's acting? " wrote one netizen. " I like Ahn Jae Hyun, but I think his acting for this character is really not right. His facial expressions and dialogue pronunciation are not very good ," added another netizen. " I really can't watch the drama anymore this weekend. 

That's because the acting of the male lead is bad ," commented another netizen. " Are there really no other actors besides him? He really can't act ," said another netizen. " The main cast looks strange, because all the supporting players seem to be acting well. They chose the wrong main character ," said another netizen.

Meanwhile, Ahn Jae Hyun has appeared in a number of popular dramas before, such as 'The Beauty Inside' and 'Reunited Worlds'.
