Along with this announcement, the first poster and official trailer for the film have also been shared in a number of media outlets.
Meanwhile, 'The Moon' tells the story of the struggle of Seon Woo (played by DO EXO), a space crew who was stranded on the moon due to an accident, and Jae Gook, the former head of the space center trying to save him. The film 'The Moon' is the first space film project worked on by director Kim Yong Hwa, and has successfully attracted high anticipation from fans.
Apart from featuring EXO's DO as the main actor, this film will also feature actors Seol Kyung Gu and Kim Hee Ae. How director Kim Yong Hwa will convey the dramatic side of the story of Korea's first lunar exploration mission and isolation in space is one of the things fans have been waiting for.

Kim Hee Ae will add to the suspense of the film with her role as Moon Young, NASA's general director of aerospace. The newly released poster features a familiar yet unfamiliar visual of the moon, and the astronauts standing alone on the lunar surface.
