Quoting from Naver on Thursday February 1, 2024, 'Water' is a song that carries the Latin pop dance genre which presents music from the era of the early 2000s, packaged with a more trendy appearance. The song's lyrics tell of the desire to find a partner with a fatal charm that is compared to water.

For this song, Ten in particular will display more mature vocals , and present an amazing atmosphere. Next, the song entitled 'Shadow' is a song that emphasizes the sound of a guitar riff with a mellow melody. The impression of loneliness and solitude is the main color of this song.

The lyrics are delivered in a calm, monotone tone, about missing someone you love who has broken up, as well as remembering their moments together by looking at the shadows on the wall. Ten's emotional vocals are expected to convey the message and feelings of the song.

Apart from sharing details of the 2 b-side tracks from the first mini album 'TEN', the idol born in 1996 has also released a teaser video entitled 'Unread Messages' on NCT's social media account.  In the teaser video for 'Unread Message', Ten looks confused and is alone in a dimly lit room.

We dance under the stars, and disappear into the dark night. I swear I need you. I didn't mean to say goodbye.”

Ten's narrative was successful in making fans upset together. Moreover, Ten also presents expressions that support the mellow atmosphere in the teaser video.
