Actor Han Sang Jin was recently confirmed to star in SBS's latest Korean drama titled ' The Judge From Hell '. Quoting from Soompi on July 23, 2024, the production team of 'The Judge From Hell' confirmed that Han Sang Jin will join the drama as Kim Hye Hwa's co-star. 

Previously, Kim Hye Hwa's agency, JFULL Entertainment, had also confirmed her role in the drama. 'The Judge From Hell' tells the story of a beautiful judge named Kang Bit Na (played by Park Shin Hye) who turns out to be a devil from hell. 

Her mission in the world is to kill evil people who cause the death of others and do not feel guilty for her actions. Kang Bit Na meets Han Da On (played by Kim Jae Young), a detective with a friendly personality and sharp intuition. However, she holds a wound in her heart that no one knows about. 

After Kang Bit Na and Han Da On meet each other, their lives change drastically. In this drama, Han Sang Jin plays Joo Hyung Seok, a sergeant at the Nobong Police Station and the husband of Kim So Young (played by Kim Hye Hwa). 

His wife is a violent crimes team leader who started her career as a police officer and rose to the position of inspector through her own abilities. Even though his wife tends to be rude, Joo Hyung Seok is a father figure who is loving and friendly towards their children. 

His warmth towards his family adds a calming touch to the drama. Han Sang Jin, who is known for his solid and detailed acting. He previously starred in 'The All-Round Wife', 'Welcome 2 Life', 'Lovers of the Red Sky', 'Hyde, Jekyll, Me', 'The Impossible Heir', and more.

With Han Sang Jin joining the drama 'The Judge From Hell', this marks his next project after successfully starring in 'The Midnight Studio' which was released last March. Meanwhile, 'The Judge From Hell' is scheduled to air in the second half of this year. Stay tuned for more information!
