The latest animated film will once again highlight the adventures of Doraemon with Nobita and friends. However, in this film they will meet a girl named Mikka who invites Doraemon and friends to go to the Music Hall. One day, Nobita was practicing playing the flute because he was annoyed that he was not good at playing the instrument.

He practiced hard for a music concert activity at his school. However, suddenly a mysterious girl appears and is stunned by the sound Nobita produces. Mikka then invites Nobita and his friends to the Music Hall on the planet where he lives. On that planet, music is the main force that brings the planet to life.

Mikka also revealed that he was looking for someone who was good at music to perform with. He then invited Doraemon and friends to play together. Doraemon then uses his Musician's License to be able to choose and play musical instruments with Mikka. However, their adventure must face challenges.
