Ahead of its premiere, JTBC's latest Korean drama titled ' Good Boy ' has provided a leak about the character played by actor Lee Sang Yi. Carrying the action comedy genre, 'Good Boy' tells the story of a group of Olympic medal-winning athletes who have their own life problems, and finally gather to become special police officers and form the Olympic Avengers.
These athletes fight crime around them by utilizing the skills they have acquired as athletes. In this drama , Lee Sang Yi plays Kim Jong Hyun, a gold medalist in fencing in South Korea. In the preview photo released via Instagram @jtbcdrama, Kim Jong Hyun is seen advancing to the men's fencing individual final.
The public is eagerly awaiting to see if he will win another gold medal. His strong determination is evident as Kim Jong Hyun clenches his fists and roars with every successful attack, hinting at his serious pursuit of victory. After retiring from fencing, Kim Jong Hyun now serves as an Assistant Inspector in the Special Investigation Team.
As a top graduate of the police academy, he is known for his passion and perseverance, and has a strong determination in pursuing criminals in his new role. Lee Sang Yi will once again show his solid acting skills through this drama. This role is quite challenging because playing a fencer has high difficulty.
