GOT7's Park Jinyoung follows Park Bo Young in considering an offer for an upcoming drama titled Unknown Seoul (literal title). This romantic drama is the new work of the drama writer Youth of May 2024.
On September 26, 2024, Jinyoung's agency BH Entertainment shared, "Park Jinyoung has received an offer to star in Unknown Seoul and is positively reviewing it." Previously in July, BH Entertainment also revealed that Park Bo Young received an offer from the drama production, and was considering it positively.
Unknown Seoul tells the story of twin brothers who live completely different lives. After swapping identities through a web of lies, they embark on a journey to find true love and the meaning of life. Park Bo Young was offered the role of the twin sisters. One sister, who excels academically, lives in Seoul, while the other remains in the countryside.
Due to a sudden change in their environment, they end up switching lives. Meanwhile, Jinyoung was reportedly offered the role of Ho Soo, a character who has been connected to one of the sisters since their school days. He is currently serving in the military and is expected to be discharged on November 7, 2024.
