BTS's Jungkook has added a third Platinum certification in Japan according to the latest data from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ). On September 27, 2024, Jungkook's solo single 'Seven (feat. Latto) - Explicit Ver.' surpassed 100 million cumulative streams through August, receiving a 'Platinum' certification in the streaming category.

This is another Platinum record after the 'Clean Ver.' of the song received Platinum certification in January 2024. With this, Jungkook has received a total of 3 Platinum certifications in the streaming category, including his solo song 'Euphoria' from BTS' repackaged album 'LOVE YOURSELF: ANSWER'.

In addition, 'Dimple', another song from "LOVE YOURSELF: ANSWER" and a unit song by the vocal line (Jin, Jimin, V, Jungkook), and 'Dionysus', a song from the mini album MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA' have each received Gold certification in the streaming category.

BTS has broken their own record for the most Gold certifications by an international artist with a total of 44. Meanwhile, the RIAJ awards certifications every month based on cumulative streaming numbers, including Gold (over 50 million), Platinum (over 100 million), and Diamond (over 500 million).
