BoA announced that she will cancel her solo concert in Jakarta on October 26, 2024. Titled BoA Live Tour - BoA: One's Own, this news came on Tuesday October 15, 2024 morning or less than two weeks before the concert was held. The concert was originally scheduled to be held on October 26 at Basket Hall GBK Senayan, Jakarta, Indonesia.
However, Dyandra Global as the promoter announced the cancellation of the soloist's concert. "Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of BoA Live Tour - BoA: One's Own in Jakarta," the promoter wrote on social media without explaining the circumstances.
In the written statement, the promoter ensured that all fans who had purchased tickets would receive a refund. Details regarding the concert ticket refund will be informed via email. "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone's understanding," the promoter concluded.
The concert, which was originally held in Jakarta, will be part of BoA's tour in several countries in the Asian region. She will start the concert tour at the Olympic Handball Gymnasium, Seoul, on October 12, 2024. The tour coincided with BoA's 24th debut anniversary.
