NCT's Doyoung has once again shown his concern for others by providing aid to children through UNICEF .Quoting from Allkpop on Wednesday November 6, 2024, Doyoung spent 100 million won to help underprivileged children. The funds he donated through UNICEF will be used to help underprivileged children, as well as marginalized communities around the world.
This donation is also a form of Doyoung's gratitude to the fans who have supported him so far. Following the successful release of his solo debut album titled 'Youth' in April and the recent conclusion of his first Asia tour, Doyoung expressed his support ahead of the UN's Universal Children's Day which will be celebrated on November 20, 2024.
Through this assistance, UNICEF will help children in need to get through Christmas and the end of year holiday season warmly. Not only this time distributing aid, Doyoung is also known as a donation fairy among K-Pop idols. By often providing assistance to those in need. Including a donation of 30 million won in 2022 to help victims of forest fires in Uljin and Samcheok.
