South Korean actor Bae In Hyuk is being eyed to star in a new romantic drama. On Friday January 31, 2025, local media reported that Bae In Hyuk was selected as a candidate for the male lead to star in a drama entitled I'll Give You the Universe (working title).
Regarding the news, YY Entertainment as Bae In Hyuk's agency immediately gave its clarification. They confirmed that their artist had received the offer. "It is one of the projects he is currently reviewing," the agency said, as reported by Soompi.
I'll Give You the Universe is a romantic drama that tells the story of two in-laws who never get along and have many differences. However, they must work together and unite to raise their nephew, Woo Joo, who is an orphan. Bae In Hyuk was offered the role of Sun Tae Hyung, a photography assistant.
He is also responsible for raising Woo Joo. The drama I'll Give You the Universe is scheduled to air on tvN in 2025. However, the exact broadcast date is still unknown. Meanwhile, Bae In Hyuk last starred in the series The Story of Park's Marriage Contract as Kang Tae Ha.
He also played in the series Check-in Hanyang which is still airing until now. In the drama, he got the main role as Prince Mu Yeong or Lee Eun Ho. He is a prince who hides his identity and disguises himself as an intern.
